Full Cancellation Policy

3 Days Notice: Customers who cancel their booked service more than 3 days prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund of any charges paid.

Partial Refund Policy

1 Day Notice: Customers who cancel their service within 1 day of the scheduled service date are eligible for a partial refund. Specifically, 50% of the service charge will be refunded to the customer.

No Refund

Less Than 1 Day Notice: Cancellations made less than 1 day before the scheduled service time are not eligible for a refund. Full charges will apply.

Modifications

If you need to modify the date or details of your service, please contact us at least 1 day before your scheduled service date. We will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our availability.

No-Show Policy

Failure to notify us of a cancellation and not being present at the time of the scheduled service will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that sometimes exceptional circumstances can affect your plans. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any such circumstances. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis.
